Very pleased with my service! Arrived on time and very knowledgeable. Communication from scheduling until my service was complete was excellent.

Leah answered the business phone on Thanksgiving Day to take our call when our heat went out in the freezing cold, and we could not get in touch with our regular hvac company. They sent a technician out promptly the next day, on a holiday weekend and got our unit diagnosed and up and running in no time. Very reasonable fee, and actually went above and beyond to help us look into our warranty coverage when they didn’t have to. Highly recommend, and will be using Scott’s exclusively for all future HVAC needs!!
